**About the role**

MacKillop’s Family Relationship Centre (FRC) is a standalone program providing Family Dispute Resolution to separating families. Based in our Broadmeadows office, the FRC provides in person and online Family Dispute Resolution and support and referral services for separating families. MacKillop is in partnership with Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre to provide culturally safe and appropriate services to the large number of multicultural families who access the FRC.

As a Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in the provision of high-quality Family Dispute Resolution and support to separating families. Reporting to the General Manager - North Metro and Loddon Mallee, you will be effectively working collaboratively with our dedicated Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, Client Services, Officers, Cultural Advisor and other key stakeholders to provide the best outcomes for the families accessing the BFRC.

**This is a Permanent Full-Time (a Part-Time 0.8 EFT will also be considered) opportunity based in Broadmeadows, VIC within our Community Programs. The position reports to the General Manager - North Metro and Loddon Mallee.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Social Work, Social Sciences or equivalent - Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution (or capacity to acquire this qualification)
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience working with families experiencing relationship difficulties, including a sound understanding of family violence, mental health issues and drug and alcohol addiction.
- Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate staff teams to deliver quality human services.
- Knowledge and expertise of the Family Law Act as relevant to the work done within Family Relationship Centre.
- Proven capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with government departments, key stakeholders and communities.**For a full listing please view the Position Description at the bottom of this page.**
