**The role**

As a Reuse Specialist, you'll play a vital role in nurturing our growing Reuse programs; HuskeeSwap and HuskeeBorrow, with our cafe partners. You'll be the bridge between our team and our clients, ensuring a seamless experience and driving program growth.

**What you'll do**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HuskeeSwap cafes and businesses
- Manage outreach campaigns to expand our network and capitalise on new opportunities
- Manage the onboarding of new cafes
- Proactively identify and solve client issues, working collaboratively with our Sales and Swap teams
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure program standards are met
- Support the implementation and success of new partnership programs
- Assist with project delivery and activations
- Gather and analyse client feedback to inform the creation of HuskeeSwap content and resources
- Manage HuskeeSwap inquiries from social media and other channels

**You're a perfect fit if you have**
- A minimum of 3 years experience in customer success (or equivalent) or sales e.g. Business Development Manager for a Coffee Roaster
- A personable and outgoing nature with a knack for building rapport
- Proven experience in community and stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact
- A valid Australian driver's license

Through our cup exchange program **Huskee**Swap, and our end-of-life recycling program **Huskee**Loop, we ensure we deliver circular economy outcomes with the lowest possible environmental footprint and ultimately, enable the transition away from single-use products.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
