We are continuously working on creating a better future, and we need great minds to reach that goal. At Marel, we are looking for **Accounting Specialist**. In this role, you will be responsible for checking the incoming/outgoing invoices and booking the in-voices in the ERP system including coordinator with other internal departments and suppliers/customers.

**Responsibilities depending on the location may include**:
- Reconciliation suspense accounts (AP/AR)
- Cash flow management (AP/ AR)
- Record receipts and payments in ERP system (Bank reconciliation) (AP/AR)
- Dunning, follow-up on collection and resolve problems in relations to customer’s overdue (AR)
- Processing and handling expense reports (AP)
- Processing incoming invoices and ensures bills are paid in timely manner (AP)
- Personnel Vendor master data (AP)
**Skills and Abilities**
- Sufficient attention to detail van ability to notice discrepancies in data
- Sufficient communication skills to liaise effectively with the wider business
**Education, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Preferred 1-5 years of work experience in a similar position
- English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
