We are a growing our embroidery and printing department, dedicated to delivering high-quality custom embroidery for our clients. With a reputation for attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship, we're looking to expand our team with a skilled embroidery machine operator who takes pride in their work.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines (Barudan experience preferred, but experience in other brands are also highly regarded)
- Hoop garments and prepare materials for embroidery.
- Thread, adjust, and change needles, bobbins, and tension as needed.
- Monitor production runs for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or design issues promptly.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Stock handling and organisation
- Operating Heat Press Machine

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating commercial embroidery machines (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (experience with Wilcom embroidery software is a plus).
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle garments/materials.
- Valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa authorisation to work in Australia.
