Warehouse Assistant

Valid Driver's License
- Forklift Operation License will be considered as an advantage

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Pick and pack orders ready for mostly same day delivery by packing into cartons, wrapping,

palletising stock in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Stock management, replenishing shelves or putting stock away
- Load and unload vehicles using a forklift
- Conversing with Customers for ordering or order pickup
- Enter data in inventory and logistic software programs
- Assemble various stock items
- Conduct stocktakes and stock rotation duties
- Day to day housekeeping in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and

procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for (3) years
- Direct experience with inventory and logistic software programs
- Wave Machine operation
- Ability to use power tools
- Pallet jack Operation Electric and Manual
- Emptying Containers

- Ability to work Autonomously
- Keen eye for detail with item codes (can be one letter or number different) see below
- Good organizational and time-management skills
