**Kitchen Hand - Restaurant (Balgowlah, NSW)**

**About Us** We are a vibrant seafood restaurant in Balgowlah, dedicated to serving high-quality, fresh seafood in a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking **Kitchen Hand** to join our team and support our kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation standards
- Perform end of day cleaning and bin disposal process
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and store ingredients appropriately
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the team with general kitchen duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment (minimum 1 year) is required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Must have the right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
