We are looking for a Manager to help us run our cafe in Northcote. Great hours, no nights, out the door by 4pm.

The job is full time with competitive salary package.

**Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**
- Oversee the day to day operations of the cafe
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every single customer, every single time
- Supervise, rostering and coach team members
- Inventory management and stock control
- Managing and handling food and coffee preparation
- Communication with kitchen regarding menus, specials etc

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years proven experience in a similar role
- 2+ years barista experience is highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem and conflict resolution skills
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
