Our establishment operates Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm & Friday evenings from 5pm-Late must be available within the businesses operating hours casual rate Full-time hours.

We are looking for a friendly Front of House Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering a top-notch experience to our customers. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and inviting space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our high standards.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and cleaned regularly.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience is a MUST- (MIN 2 YEARS)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning about different coffee styles.
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $46,460.00 - $65,800.55 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
