The newly established Mental Health and Wellbeing Division (MHWD) is responsible for implementing the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System to create a system that is contemporary, adaptable and enables a new approach to mental health treatment, care and support for all Victorians. In doing so, the Victorian Government is committed to ensuring people with lived and living experience of mental illness, psychological distress, their families, carers and supporters are at the centre of reform, while also engaging health and community sector stakeholders and the broader community.
This new role is a key member of a team whose focus is to ensure stakeholders - and engagement good practice - are at the heart of reform. Supporting the Manager Partnerships & Implementation and working with reform project implementation teams across the Division, the Division's Project Management Office (PMO) as well as specialists from the Department of Health's central Engagement and Communications Branch, this hands-on role helps ensure good practice stakeholder outreach is coordinated and embedded across the Division.

- Interested in systems change and reform?
- An excellent communicator, able to develop respectful and collaborative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders?
