We are looking for an experienced Care Partners to join our vibrant residential care team on a full-time basis
- **We have a number of locations available - Albany, Manjimup, Margaret River, Brookton, and York**:

- **Full Time Position**:

- **Salary Range $ 58,700 to $62,000**

**Duties**:

- Promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents
- Ensure person-centred support and support plans are at the forefront of everything you do
- Partnering with residents to be involved in the meaningful activities of their life
- Coordinate with other staff to achieve outcomes, and liaise directly with nursing staff regarding any specific health concerns
