Main responsibility of the Finance Analyst - Charge Out Rates will be to support with the operational tasks related to - pricing and rate management for the APAC region.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Maintaining rate card information in SAP Finance system
- Cooperating with Pricing teams to set up client/global agreements.
- Working with Partners and Admins to set up special client and matter rate arrangements
- Managing Snap Finance User Access process
- Maintaining lawyer set up in SAP Finance system
- Seeking opportunities for process improvements
- Performing all activities in line with agreed SLAs & KPIs
- Processing various ad-hoc requests related to Charge Out Rate area

**About you**
- A curious mind that is eager to learn and solve problems
- A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high levels of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and capability of working to tight individual and team timeframes
- 2 years plus experience in a Finance department, preferably within the Pricing and Rates area
- Familiarity with MS Office, SAP accounting software, Service now
- Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre
