Security Officer

Iconic Security Services are seeking experienced Security officers for the Kingsway Shopping Centre.

Full time and part time vacancies available in the retail sector.

You will become our brand ambassadors at this location. Working closely with our client, you will provide daily assistance and support to the centre management team, stakeholders, and tenants.

**What are the duties?**
- Liaising with clients, stake holders, tenants, and patrons
- Maintaining order and safety of all users
- CCTV and access control management
- Constructing detailed daily, investigation and hazard reports
- Responding efficiently and with confidence to emergency situations
- Lock and unlock designated locations
- Provide detailed incident reports for all occurrences.

**We are seeking individuals who**:

- At least 3 years of Security experience with strong focus on the retail environment
- Have exemplary customer focus and high professional standards
- Confidence and ability to mediate disruption or disorder
- Enjoy consistent patrolling and interacting with a wide variety people
- Have a strong understanding of Security fundamentals and health / safety practices
- Willingness to assist on site Facilities Management teams on demand
- Have exemplary presentation
- Are willing to participate in a team environment
- Have great communication skills
- 3 + years of similar type Security experience
- You must be physically fit and enjoy being on your feet
- You must have Australian working rights
- You must have basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to construct comprehensive reports based on incidents you will attend
- Current WA Security Licence
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 - $60.00 per hour
