We are looking for a dedicated
**Assistant Stock Controller** to join our team at
**Preston Toyota**.
***You will be assisting the Sales Manager and Financial Controller with the dealerships day to day monitoring and controlling of new passenger and light commercial vehicles in a professional, efficient manner that at all times promotes a positive brand image.

**About the role**:

- Locating stock and transferring it in from other dealers (including organizing transport)
- Book vehicles into "in-house" computer system
- Transfer vehicles to customers
- Liaise with Aftercare suppliers
- Keeping our valued Guests up to date with their orders and after sale follow up
- Maintaining the paperwork flow for the Fleet department

**Do you have?**
- Prior exposure to stock control (advantageous, not essential)
- Vic Roads experience
- Ability to multitask
- Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
- Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Current Australian Drivers License **(manual)**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
