**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled **Paint Maker** to join our team specializing in the manufacturing of water-based paints for the art and craft industry. This hands-on role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in producing both small and large industrial batches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mixing, blending, and assisting in the production of water-based paint products.
- Following detailed recipes and formulations with strict accuracy.
- Performing batch formulations as specified in the job sheets.
- Adhering to workplace safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Ensuring all equipment, including machine guards, is in safe working order and properly calibrated as required.
- Managing raw materials efficiently, including proper storage and returns.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not necessary
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, good mathematical skills, and literacy to interpret and follow instructions precisely.
- **Advantageous Qualifications**:

- Forklift license.
