Australian Engineering College Pty. Ltd., a Registered Training Organisation and CRICOS Provider, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing and Sales Officer for Latin American Markets to join our expanding team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for Latin American markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents.
- Recruit students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
- Identify and build relationships with education agents in target markets.
- Attend education fairs and events to promote our college.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and websites.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and students.
- Report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist higher management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with social media marketing.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning skills.
- Ambitious, passionate, and self-motivated.
