**About the Role**:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a leading flavour manufacturing company as **Blenders**. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing flavour ingredients according to precise formulations, ensuring product consistency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients following batch recipes
- Operating blending and mixing equipment safely
- Ensuring product quality and consistency through accurate measurements
- Following hygiene and safety standards in a food-grade environment
- Assisting with general production tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a blending, mixing, or production role (preferred but not required)
- Able to handle strong smells of spices and flavours
- Ability to follow instructions and work with precision
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 15 kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $27.00 - $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
