- Support the delivery of Myer’s Shrinkage Management Plan
- Full Time Permanent opportunity (Part Time considered)
- VIC/TAS Regional Office, NSW Regional Office (Roselands) and WA Regional Office

The Loss Prevention Team has is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join the team as a Loss Prevention Covert Officer. Reporting to the National Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.

**About the Role**:

- Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures
- Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operating
- Identifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to management
- Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics

**About You**:

- Covert/Loss Prevention experience ideally gained in a retail environment will be highly regarded
- Reporting/statement writing skills
- Current driver’s license highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge
- Current relevant Security License will be highly regarded
