**This exciting role**

**Responsibilities**
- Be able to provide compassionate and knowledgeable support to individuals with dementia at various stages
- Build strong rapport and trust with the individuals you support and their primary caregivers.
- Light domestic duties
- Drive clients to appointments and activities using your own reliable transport.
- Be available for 2-4 hour shifts, including sleepover
- Complete job tasks in accordance with participant plans in a timely manner
- Write and maintain accurate written records and documentation

**About You**
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar industry qualifications.
- Confident in building rapport with client and key stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, a positive outlook and the ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure.
- Own reliable transport.
- National Police Check, Yellow Card and Blue Card.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
