**About the opportunity**

We're excited to introduce our clients new store to the Mornington Peninsula, but before we reveal all the details we need to find the right Assistant Manager to help make the business a success

As the Assistant Manager you will play an integral role in the execution of the venue launch whilst ensuring all daily operations and financial aspects of the store are in check with policy and procedure.

To be successful in this role you will inspire and motivate the next generation of hospitality workers who require one on one coaching, action plans, and a positive working culture than works for them, yourself, and the business.

This operation has gained a lot of positive attention from the Mornington community, and with this we are expecting the small scale business to have a great amount of output.

We want to connect with Hospitality leaders who are looking for change. Whether you're from fast food or venues we want to see the best talent on or around the Peninsula
