**The Role**:
Be the face of the
**brand new store in Torquay** Officially opening in late March, the Torquay Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, visually emulating the brand vision and mission, providing exceptional customer experiences and executing on all operational activity.

Major areas of responsibility will include:

- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals
- Store operations including managing and prioritising large volumes of stock
- Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision making to maximise sales opportunities
- Driving a high performing team, committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Driving store profitability through effective rostering, wage control and the minimization of shrinkage

**About you**
- Previous management experience, in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ability to coach and develop a team through succession planning
- Have skilled Visual Merchandising capabilities
- Exceptional customer service standards - this will be your key to success
- Experienced with end-to-end processing of stock management in a high volume business
