**Job Description**:
Excel is looking for passionate people who are just as excited about exceptional services as we are, for a long-term stable opportunity.
The focus of this role is to deliver industry leading services to residents of high-end Sydney based apartment complexes providing exceptional service experiences that bonds Excel to the clients and assisting the Building Manager to maintain the site.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
- Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
- Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
- Assist and inform Residents about the function and use of the Common Property.
- Compile detailed progress reports and maintain comprehensive records & database.
- Inspect all plant rooms, Common property areas and report all faults to the Building Manager.
- Conduct Work, Health & Safety contractor inductions, compliance and reporting.

- Emotionally mature with a positive attitud and responsive to the client's needs.
- Professional presentation, self-motivated, resilient and efficient
- Capability of following quality management procedures and company policies
- Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
Additional Information
**More About The Role**
Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia.
Permanent Part Time Position located at Paddington.
Uniform and training are provided.
**Working hours**:from 7:30am to 11:30am from Monday to Friday.
