**Coffee Preparation**: Preparing a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences and our standards. This includes using espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment to brew espresso, drip coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
**Quality Control**: Maintaining quality standards is crucial. Ensure that beverages are prepared correctly, with the right proportions of ingredients and consistent taste.
**Menu Knowledge**: Baristas need to have a thorough understanding of the café's menu, including all beverage options, ingredients, and pricing. Should be able to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences

Pay: $30.00 - $37.05 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week
