Chiropractic Assistant

**Are you our next amazing Chiropractic assistant/Receptionist?**

Todd Clinics is a wellness focused Chiropractic and Natural health clinic located in Gippsland Victoria.

We are searching for a part time receptionist to work in our Drouin practice. We have 17.5 hours available per week.

**Successful applicant must be**:

- Have the flexibility to pick up additional shifts with short notice
- Available to work Monday, Tuesday & Friday afternoons from 1:15pm and finishing around 6:45pm - 7:15pm
- Interested in their own health and wellness
- VERY Friendly, outgoing and happy to chat to anyone
- Professional
- Have an ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
- Take initiative and stay calm in all situations
- Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm.
- Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary.

**The role includes**:

- Greeting patients and creating conversation
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this).

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.60 per hour
