HealthMarq are a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists providing exercise based treatment and capacity building programs to those living with physical and psychological conditions. They also have specifically designed programs to help clients with chronic conditions and disease improve their capacity to assist with achieving their goals and reducing reliance on support services.

**Job Package**:

- $75,000 to $100,000 Salary DOE

**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilise standardised tests, movement analysis and other assessment tools to identify limitations, set individualized goals and develop a tailored exercise rehabilitation program.
- Develop evidence-based exercise programs tailored to claimant’s specific needs, considering their injuries, medical conditions and work/ADL requirements.
- Implement progressive exercise interventions aimed at improving strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and overall functional capacity for work and ADL.
- Monitor claimant’s progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure safety.
- Liaise with referring healthcare professionals, insurers, case managers and other stakeholders to coordinate care and facilitate timely rehabilitation and durable return to work.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, educating them about their injury, pain management and self-management strategies to promote active participation in their recovery process.
- Reaching KPIs in terms of mandatory timeframes and billable targets.
