Duties and Responsibilities:
**Tasks**:
- Provide support to the Immigration Lawyers and Management
- Update customer data in internal spreadsheets
- Check and collate client’s documentation
- Research and prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options under supervision
- Maintain client’s data and compliance of clients’ records
Skills and Experience required:
- Attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Enjoyment from working in a small business environment with a flexible approach
- Organisational and time management skills
- Team player
- Adaptability
- Critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive
- Knowledge of Migration Manager Software
- 2 years of industry experience (Immigration)
- Decision making skills
- Spanish/Portuguese Language is a plus
Work Arrangements/Details:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
- Permanent & full-time position
- Location: Sydney CBD (Townhall Station)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
