**Casual Hedge Trimmer**

Hedge works Frankston is on the look out for a casual hedge trimmer, this is a labor intensive position and experience is preferred but not necessary as training can be provided, however we will need a quick learner confident they have the stamina, strength and attention to detail to be part of the team.

If you enjoy being active and have an interest in hedge trimming, we have a casual position available as a Hedge Trimming Assistant.

As a Casual Hedge Trimming Assistant, you will assist our team in providing reliable hedge trimming services to clients. This position offers flexibility in terms of working hours and is a great opportunity for those seeking casual or seasonal employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Hedge Trimming Specialists in trimming, shaping, and maintaining hedges to ensure they are aesthetically appealing.
- Support the team in operating hedge trimming tools and equipment, following safety procedures.
- Help transport tools, equipment, and waste materials to and from the worksite.(Must have drivers license)
- Participate in general cleanup and maintenance tasks related to hedge trimming projects.
- Ensure a tidy work area and adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for outdoor work and basic knowledge or interest in hedge trimming.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from the experienced team members.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Availability to work on a casual basis, with flexible hours based on project needs.
