We are looking for a compassionate and reliable **female Disability Support Worker** to provide person-centred support in daily living and community participation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Living Assistance** - providing support with household tasks, personal organisation, and day-to-day activities.
- **Social and Community Participation** - supporting the participant to engage in community activities, attend appointments, and build social connections.
- **Transport** - using your own vehicle to transport the participant safely to appointments, shopping, and community activities when required.

**Requirements**:

- Female support worker (as requested).
- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
- Patient, empathetic, and skilled in de-escalation strategies.
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable, professional, and respectful of client independence.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week

Work Location: In person
