**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to the** Assistant Store Manager role **on a** full time basis **at** Kate Spade Doncaster**, where you will be responsible for working alongside our dynamic Store Manager to inspire our amazing team to develop a client-centric mindset and help them grow their retail careers, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having at least 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of 5, in a retail, or customer service environment is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Also, your flexible work schedule is appreciated when meeting the needs of our business.
