
Guardian Centre Supervisor

The Guardian Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Guardian Centre services during shifts. They are also responsible for mentoring Guardian Centre Analysts during their shift. The Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that agreed service standards are being met, quality assurance actions are completed, and where time permits, contributing to the design and improvement of training materials. Guardian Centre Supervisors are also responsible for delivering training to new-starters and for organizing and delivering any re-training to existing staff.
Our Guardian Centre operates 24hours/7days week to support our global clients. We are looking for people to cover 3-5 shifts per-week.
**Currently, our shift patterns consist of Morning Shift**: 7am-3pm, Afternoon Shift: 3pm-11pm, Night Shift: 11pm-7am
**The key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Assist the Guardian Centre Manager to manage the work performance of each Guardian centre analyst on shift
- Ensure all FIP procedures are carried out properly and in accordance with agreed service standards
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks of classifications to ensure the delivery of a quality service
- Coordinate training for new starters with the Guardian Centre Manager, coaching and mentoring staff in their Guardian Centre role
- Coordinate retraining in accordance with any performance management activities
- Review documents used by the Guardian Centre analysts and ensure recent versions are available and being utilized
- Solve any Guardian Centre related Zendesk tickets on shift
- Coordinate analysts access privileges to the Guardian Live database
- Contributing to product improvement through submissions of ideas and suggestions
About you

- Ideally, have experience managing / supervising shifts
- Experience working in a call centre or monitoring centre
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to convey information in an easily understood manner
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to champion ideas and achieve consensus within a team
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical processes quickly
- Excellent computer skills (and familiarity with MS Office)
