**The Company**

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare organisation committed to providing exceptional patient care and outcomes. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.

**The Role**

Reporting into the COO and in conjunction with the General Manager, the HR Generalist is responsible for a wide variety of HR duties including;
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations and industrial relations matters, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Manage a team of two HR Advisors, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure that they deliver a high-quality HR service.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in line with best practice and organizational goals.
- Provide support to the wider HR team, including recruitment, learning and development, and performance management.
- Ensure that all HR activities are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and support its growth plans.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior managers, employees, and external service providers.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, including staff turnover, absence rates, and recruitment costs, and use this information to inform HR strategy.

**About You**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR Generalist role, with experience in ER and IR.
- A strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and align HR strategy accordingly.
- A thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, including employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous but not essential.
