Blended Care Australia are seeking motivated, fun, and reliable staff to join our team of health care professionals to support and empower the diverse community around us. We have a current need for staff who can work 2hr, 3hr and 4hr shifts. With the possibility of more work in the future in surrounding suburbs. Immediate start. You will be working with children so experience is essential.

**DRIVERS LICENSE AND WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK ESSENTIAL**

**The role may include but not limited to**:

- Working independently within your local community, within close proximity to your home.
- Assistance with personal care tasks including showering.
- Light domestic tasks including assistance with cleaning and cooking where needed
- Public Transport Training
- Community access including recreational activities, shopping and transport assistance.

**Essential**:

- Drivers Licence & access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- You possess sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including short shifts, mornings, and evenings.

**Desirable/Highly preferred but not required**:

- Certificate III in disability, community services or other health disciplines including those working towards a qualification in health.
- Experience with personal care assistance.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour
