Fusion5 is looking for a Solution Advisor - Modern Work & Security to drive pre-sales solutioning across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot. This role is key to helping our customers embrace secure hybrid work, improve productivity, and meet compliance requirements using Microsoft’s modern workplace and security technologies.

You’ll work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to design, present, and position impactful solutions across identity, endpoint management, collaboration, AI, and data governance.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and position scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions across Modern Work & Security.
- Lead discovery sessions, customer workshops, and solution demonstrations across:

- Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot
- Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, M365)
- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Teams Calling
- Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access)
- Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection)
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to shape customer proposals and RFP responses.
- Align all solution designs to modern security and governance frameworks (Zero Trust, Essential Eight, NIST, CIS Controls).
- Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and key vendors to remain aligned with roadmap and co-sell opportunities.
- Occasionally support solution delivery (~20%) to remain technically connected to implementation realities.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years in a Microsoft 365, Modern Work, or Security-focused pre-sales or technical delivery role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, Intune, and Defender.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview for governance, classification, and compliance.
- Proven track record of engaging with customers and influencing solution decisions through presentations and workshops.
- Familiarity with security and governance frameworks: Zero Trust, Essential Eight, CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST, and Secure Score.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and business alignment skills.

**Desirable (but not essential)**
- Experience working with Microsoft-funded programs (e.g., ECIF, Solution Assessments).
- Experience in co-designing or co-selling with Microsoft and partner ecosystems.
- Involvement in packaging Modern Work service offerings for pre-sales reuse.
- Background in regulated industries or security-sensitive environments.

**Certifications & Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Hold or actively pursuing one or more of the following Microsoft certifications is strongly desired:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
