Parts Administrator and Stock Controller
**Smart Repair is one of Australia’s largest, longest running and most experienced automotive hail repair specialists,** **delivering quality repairs and outstanding service.**
**The Role**:
Smart Repair Australia is growing their team in Melbourne and seek an experienced or trainee parts interpreter or stock controller, who is keen to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced work environment.
Daily duties include ordering, receiving, crediting of parts using our body shop management software. Uploading and archiving of documents and invoices, checking quality of parts received and parts availability. The role also requires you to provide regular updates to our team with estimated delivery times and any delays.
This role is offered as a full time permanent opportunity. Normal hours of work will be 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

**About You**:
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work well in both a team environment or in a self managed environment
- Highly organised and able to maintain an ordered and clean workspace
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- And most of all, a great attitude
