Our Centre

Captain Bligh Early Learning Centre is currently seeking an enthusiastic educator who is Diploma or Cert 3 but working towards Diploma to come on board and be part of our fun team.

This purpose-built centre in the Hawkesbury area has a supportive Director, who puts the need of the children, families and their staff first. The centre has great resources, state-of-the-art teaching equipment and programming methods.

This is a part time position, 3 days a week. We also look for educators work on a casual basis.

**About this role**:
As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand EYLF and the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport with families

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Cert 3 but studying towards Diploma qualification.
- Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
