The NBN business in Perth has imploded, with years of work available, and as such Connect Contracting is looking to engage on a full time basis:

- **A civils trade assistant who has a current Asbestos Removal Ticket**

Rates start at $35 but are based on experience so you may qualify for a higher rate, $35 is the minimum (as we had to put something in the ad to post it)

Connect Contracting is willing to train those who only have a little in experience but who are willing to learn, have a good attitude, can turn up for work and want to grow in the construction telecommunications industry that has grown considerably and continues to grow across Australia. PLEASE NOTE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT ASBESTOS REMOVAL TICKET

Your role will involve the carrying out of civil works on the NBN network upgrading existing pits, installing new pits, rod and roping. You will be learning from a professional who is the only person in WA qualified to install and upgrade Qubis pits.
- Construction Induction - White Card (mandatory)
- Asbestos removal ticket
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Covid19 - Vaccination (Mandatory on NBN)

If you have the following you are more than likely to be welcomed with open arms, but dont stress if you don't as we always make sure our people are trained before conducting work that needs inductions or tickets:

- Downer and Fulton Hogan inducted
- NBN Enable Inducted
- HR License
- Traffic Management ticket
- ILPUA Ticket
- First Aid and CPR (valid)
- Police Clearance
- Confined Space Ticket
- Pit and Pipe Ticket
