Due to strong and continued growth in our apprentice and trainee division over the past few years, we are now looking for a sales focused person to recruit apprentice and trainee roles.

**About the job**:

- The office location is Murarrie, Brisbane
- Travel will be required between our Brisbane & Toowoomba office up to 5 days a fortnight
- Full Time Permanent
- Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with your clients as well as maintaining our current contract commitments with our Tier 1 clients
- Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation
- End-to-End Recruitment & Business Development
- Conducting Interviews & Reference Checks
- Client Reporting in line with our current contractual requirements
- Assessment Centres as required
- Eligibility checks with the AASN
- Regional Travel will be required for this role

- Success in a previous sales or retail role is highly regarded
- Initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to learn about our services
- Highly effective written and oral communications skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport “in person” and “over the phone” while remaining professional
- Ability to work in a small team but also be able to work autonomously.
- Previous Recruitment experience highly regarded
- Background in reverse marketing or upselling highly regarded
