Cavos Products is a manufacturer and supplier of frozen food products to both commercial and residential customers with a focus on a high quality product and an excellent customer experience for all our customers. We are looking for a factory/general hand to help out on a full time basis. The Role runs from 6:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri and involves helping out around the factory, as well as picking orders on site and lending a hand on site when required.

What you will be doing:

- Receiving and Dispatching orders
- Moving stock & ensuring the factory is kept clean and tidy
- Preparing and restocking materials
- Performing stocktakes
- Picking & Packing orders for pickup/delivery
- Assisting with machinery maintenance
- General Factory maintenance/cleaning
- Unloading and loading of trucks/containers

A successful applicant will
- Be able to work independently without supervision
- Be a hard worker
- Have strong communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be Trustworthy
- Be physically fit as some lifting of stock is required
- Be comfortable using a computer/tablet

Are you looking for ongoing work in the Bankstown / Padstow NSW area.

ESSENTIAL: You must be available to work 5 days per week - we are looking for people that are flexible and want to work.

You you must be fit, and able to work in a fast paced working production facility with a good team. Heavy lifting is required, you must be reliable and punctual and be able to work in a team environment under a high pressured environment. You must be able to follow instructions.T emperatures do vary in different locations of the production plant from -18 degrees to room temperature. We work with beef, poultry, pork, lamb, vegetables and other food items. You must be able to wear the provide protective gear as supplied.

.Must be able to work in both cold and hot environments and able to handle food. This is a very fast paced environment.

If you think you want to get your hands in with food this is the job for you. You must have a high level of personal hygiene and be able to adapt and understand the responsibilities with handing food products.

Experience is not required but would be an advantage.

Your own Private transport is essential.

Long Term jobs

Stable Hours 6:30am to 2pm ( different shifts available )

Monday To Friday

Must be legally entitled to work in Australia permanently
