We are looking for **Printer Technicians** in Brisbane

You will drive to clients to handle initial installation, provide training to operators and fix technical problem. Technical training specific to the company’s products will be provided.

**Probation Period**:
6 months

**]Duties include**:

- Providing high level technical on-site support for the company/Mimaki products in the region as assigned;
- Resolving issues relating to software, hardware and configuration;
- Effectively analyzing issues and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests;
- Working closely with other Service Technicians to resolve customer issues;
- Maintaining and keeping updated customers’ issues in a call tracking database;
- Participating in conference calls as necessary to resolve customers’ issues;
- Accomplishing department and organization mission by completing related results as necessary; and
- Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Own your car and have driver’s license
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
