Food Hub is seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various hardware devices associated with FoodHub’s advanced point-of-sale (POS) systems. You will ensure that all technical components operate seamlessly to support efficient operations across our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure POS hardware systems across various venues as per the specifications and requirements.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any hardware issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
System Upgrades: Manage and implement hardware upgrades as necessary to ensure the technology remains up-to-date and meets the evolving needs of the business.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to venue staff, addressing and resolving any hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, upgrades, and inventories to ensure transparency and up-to-date system knowledge.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required
Full time role
Salary commensurate on experience
Range $90k to $100k/year
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
