Reporting to the Group L&D Manager, you will support business operations through the effective administration, coordination, and reporting of Stratco’s learning and development programs to:

- Encourage, maintain and strengthen the capabilities of our team
- Ensure the consistency, standardisation and quality of all training.

You will help design, implement, and administer learning initiatives that foster growth, performance, and culture across the Stratco group. Broadly, your additional scope of responsibility will encompass:

- Working with stakeholders across Stratco to ensure all relevant team member data and learning and development activities, records and assessments are accurate, up to date, and complete.
- Prepare reports on training activities, assessment and course evaluation for leaders and managers.
- Support the development of training content and materials across departments.
- Manage learning systems, tracking participation, feedback, and results.

We are targeting a dynamic team player with experience gained in a similar L&D position, (preferably in a multi-site or national role). Your proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools will compliment excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proactive mindset and commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in L&D or a related field would be an advantage.
