**The role**
This position plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Gippsland Water’s media and stakeholder relations functions, including high quality engagement and public relations programs that strengthen the organisation’s reputation and relationships.
**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Media relations experience - either as a journalist, public relations, or media advisor
- An understanding of public affairs and issue management concepts
- Skills in supporting the negotiation, facilitation and influencing of strategic outcomes.
- Ability to write and edit with attention to detail.
- Highly developed written, oral and presentation communication skills
