**_The roles_**

We are looking for Personal Carers to work day, afternoon or Night Duty located at our Chelsea Manor Facility. Our the key focus is to achieve continuity of care for the residents.

We are committed to providing our residents with the highest standards of care and we recognise that we need passionate and skilled personal carers like you to do so You will have experience working as a Personal Carer in Residential Aged Care, are recognised for your compassionate nature and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic resident care.

**_We are looking for someone with:_**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support
- Experience in aged care, preferably in residential setting
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret written documents such as care plans
