Softball Umpire

Welcome to Sports Aid

We are hiring Softball Umpires who can work in Melbourne and surrounding areas to assist with our client schools' on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

For individuals who have a passion for sports or want to get experience working in the school sports setting, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

**OVERVIEW OF THE EMPLOYMENT PROCESS**:

- Get onboarded to our rostering platform
- Receive available Softball Umpiring positions currently available
- Create your work schedule based on personal availability
- Receive a confirmation of your allocated shifts

**Payment**:

- All Umpiring positions are paid
- Payment is processed fortnightly on Fridays

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Specialised knowledge and expertise in Softball will be highly regarded.
- Those with elite playing experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Sound knowledge of the game rules & officiating principles
- Ability to work on weekdays and weekends

**Desirable**:

- Appropriate Umpire accreditation

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Softball Umpiring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
