We currently have multiple casual positions available for Donut Decorators and Baristas with immediate start. Reporting to the Manager, the team member provides the first customer touchpoint in store. They create retail occasions by engaging customers with knowledge and passion about our donuts, espresso and cold beverage menus.

We need someone who can do early mornings (6am) and at least 1 day on weekends.

(We can work around Uni timetables during the week)

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
⦁ Handle cash at the register when taking orders and giving change

⦁ Experience in a similar environment

⦁ Experience using a coffee machine and Mazzer coffee grinder.

⦁ Excellent Customer service skills

⦁ Ability to maintain cleanliness to food safety standards

⦁ Assist with bi weekly equipment cleaning and maintenance

⦁ A friendly, approachable personality

⦁ Highly motivated to work within a team or independently

⦁ Excellent work ethic and commitment to role

⦁ Experience as a barista is highly desirable

⦁ Must be available to work a rotating 7-day roster.

Essential for success in this role is:
⦁ Proven customer service experience preferably in a retail / hospitality environment;
⦁ Availability to work both week days/nights and weekends; and

⦁ Commitment to complete online training as required for the role

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.21 - $36.62 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 30 per week
