**Job Details**

We are seeking confident and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Support & Accommodation team in Murray Bridge and surrounding areas

In this role, you will work in a variety of areas from In Home Support, SIL/Accommodation and occasionally offering support in the community. This role will require availability to work passive overnight shifts with the flexibility to work at short notice.

We provide the support you need to help develop your career including paid on the job training, annual refreshers, and paid induction training when you first start.

**_You’ll have:_**
- The willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training, Certificate III Individual support (Disability) or an equivalent qualification - students welcomed.
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- Current Australian drivers license

**The principle duties of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Providing a Person Centred Active Support Model which promotes individuals living with a disability being engaged in their own lives.
- Assist clients with their personal and health care and mobility needs by pushing wheelchairs, undertaking wheelchair transfers and use of hydraulic lifters and a range of other manual tasks
- Assist with household/venue duties including cleaning, washing, ironing, shopping and meal preparation
- Ensure client notes are accurate and are kept up to date
