Aware are adding Principal Salesforce Technical Consultants with cross-cloud experience to lead our expansion in the Melbourne market. Aware's Salesforce specialty is delivering CPQ, Billing, FSL and B2B E-Commerce for clients that want to take their Salesforce instance to the next level.
In this role, you will be a technical leader in the new Melbourne office for Aware, responsible for presales, technical solution architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be building relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs, and communicating with impact and empathy to advise clients on best practice for implementation and customisation of Salesforce. You will be responsible for leading and delivering the design, development and configuration of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
This is a full time, permanent role.
The right person for this role will have:
A curious and consultative approach to holistic Salesforce technical architecture design, development and configuration
A strong background in Salesforce development, configuration and platform knowledge across Sales, Service and Community/Experience cloud (CPQ, Field Service Lightning and/or B2B e-Commerce knowledge is a bonus)
The ability to design and architect Salesforce solutions with best practice approaches and delivering the technical documentation of these solutions
Experience leading and managing Salesforce engagements to deliver within project timelines, budget and quality standards
Experience coaching and managing technical teams and junior consultants to foster a learning culture
The _ability_ to build strong relationships with stakeholders through integrity and become a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practice
An understanding of object oriented development practice, CI/CD and/or integration.
