**Position Purpose**:
We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Service team located in Perth Airport area.

This role is key to ensuring both external and internal customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will be involved in phone support, counter sales, and coordination between branches, contributing to an efficient and responsive parts service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process all service department spare parts orders, including pricing, opening new parts in the system, and placing orders with both local and overseas suppliers.
- Provide technical assistance and general support to Service Technicians.
- Pick and prepare parts orders for the service department.
- Manage service consumables inventory.
- Assist the Parts Manager with inventory management and reporting.
- Pack goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Produce monthly reports for the Parts Manager.
- Assist with the cycle count process as scheduled by the Parts Manager.
- Provide support to the Sales Department when required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements.

**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter
- Proven ability to interpret customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service focus
- Australian motor vehicle driver’s license
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
