About the Role
We’re looking for a Credit Control Officer to join our Finance Team on a 12-month contract. This role will assist with DUAL Australia’s end-to-end credit control function to ensure compliance and delivery of accurate and timely results and support the Credit control Team Lead.
This role will be responsible for:
- Allocation of premium and revenue receipts
- Collection of overdue debtors, including resolution of pending and dispute receipts
- Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of premium bank account
- Preparation of daily and weekly reports
- Collaboration with DUAL’s Shared Service Centre to provide technical guidance and feedback for quality assurance
- Assisting with auditing requirements
- Assisting with projects, such as system User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
About You
- One to two years of relevant working experience in large volume transaction business
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/ Finance
- Studying towards CPA/CA is preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft office especially Excel at an intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- An ability to work independently and be able to remain self-motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
