**About the Role**

As the Claims Investigator you will ensure the Endeavour Group businesses and suppliers are being paid correctly. You will investigate and help to resolve all claims and discrepancies arising from a supplier providing products to our distribution centres or stores.

Reporting to the Merchandise Commercial Lead, you will also:

- Be able to extract and interpret raw data from corporate systems for interrogation and investigation
- Provide reporting on claims
- Provide Master Data and Promotional support and coaching to prevent future claims and discrepancies

**About You**

You will be a structured and organised individual who has the ability to follow clear processes, analyse information and take a curious approach to solving problems. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and keep stakeholders updated will be essential.

Your excellent communication skills coupled with your ability to build rapport and confidence with our suppliers and category teams will ensure your success in this role.

You will also be able to demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with a high level of empathy and resilience
- Proven ability in using process methodology and being able to develop and follow processes
- SAP Accounting and/or SAP Master Data knowledge will be highly regarded
