We are looking for people who are passionate about their community and who want to make a difference to the lives of West Australians woth disabilities. SafeNest provides a wide variety of services to clients covering day to day living needs in their own homes including personal care, domestic and gardening services, respite services and social support in Perth metropolitan area from NoR to SoR. You will join a dedicated team of people who are passionate about getting to know the people they care for. This role will feed your soul.

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexible individuals to join our team in the capacity of a Qualified or Unqualified Support Worker.

This is a Ongoing Casual position Part time offering a minimum of 20hrs per week with shifts from 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday, with additional weekend shifts.

About You:

- A Certificate III in Disability/ aged care or Individual Support is preferable - don’t worry if you don’t have a qualification, we can help you get one

Previous experience is desired - if you haven’t worked in the industry tell us about your passion for people with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained
- Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working with Children check
